Every single HealthyLife nutrition program begins with a consultation that can be done in-person, by phone or by video chat. During this assessment, I gather information on current eating habits, food preferences, your goals and your schedule. This information allows me to partner with you to get you moving forward with a one habit lifestyle method that we build upon.
We will review the foundation of your new lifestyle and your new habits. I will educate you on your specific macronutrients – how they affect your body and how to properly track them. Your plan is a starting point and guideline for your eating habits to help you embrace a new way of thinking and understanding how food fuels your body.
I will be monitoring your online food journal to ensure you are properly incorporating your lifestyle change. This includes strategizing on how to manage challenges and distractions. I will be in contact with you via text and email to check in and answer any questions you may have. We will also have one scheduled 15 minute call per week to discuss progress.
