The golf fitness class introduced me, a person with no gym experience, to the fitness center at Braelinn and has gotten me very enthused about getting in shape to help improve my golf game.
Has shown me several different ways to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and this will make a huge impact on my golf game. The experience has also made me comfortable in a gym setting.
Has been a very positive experience and I have incorporated several things that I have learned into my daily routine. Coach Jamie has been a terrific instructor and I have already signed up for and begun session two, and am looking forward to the next step.
