I just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you! Your golf fitness class is awesome! Since I have always worked out I was, to be honest, a little skeptical. But I had a friend who sang your praises so my wife and I decided to give it a try. BOY ARE WE GLAD WE DID! You have worked muscles I didn’t even know existed. You also identified areas which I needed to improve – core especially. Knowing that one day a week wouldn’t be enough, I approached you about the rest of the week. You suggested we meet for a complementary one on one session. Again, I was skeptical. But after meeting with you and seeing the plan you developed, I was blown away. I have been working with your plan for over two weeks and feel really energized and excited about my workouts. I had a plan that I’d been using for over five years that, to be honest, was getting stale. In addition, your workouts have addressed my weak areas – back, hips and core. My back feels better and I am swinging the golf club much easier and heading further. My lower back used to get tight and tired quickly which dramatically reduced my rotation but I have seen a huge improvement since working with you.
